All this wet and windy weather is making us crave the summer sun. Come December 1st we'll be heading to the beach with Best Coast blasting from the stereo and pawpaw in our pocket. We'll also be cooking the Lemon Capri Torte from Sophie Dahl's cookbook, a cake that's all gossamer lightness - served with a side of lemon curd.
